Unexpected Visitor

Halloween is the hight for ghosts and witches and other horrible things. usually we wear special witch or vampire costumes and we go to friends' houses and say ''trick or treat''. Most people give us a treat, some sweets, but some people don't and we play a trick on them. in the evening we go to Halloween parties. Last year we also wanted to go to the party, but my friend was ill, so I decided to spend that evening at home with him. We had our supper then he came to living room to watch TV while I was washing up the dishes. when I entered the room I didn't find him. He was on a balcony and said that my father had already at home. ( My house is opposite his. And he can see me when I'm in my bedroom or in the kitchen ). So, I was surprised, be course my parents went to relatives and they had to return much later. I went out on the balcony and... O, my God... it was my grand father in the kitchen, who died eight years ago.

I was petrified. I was standing and waiting what was then. When my friend understood who was it, he tried to set my mind at rest, my calm me, dressed and ran out. When he came up to the door he found it was open. Then he got into the kitchen, nobody was there, he came up to the window, to be convinced everything is good with me, but that he had seen he was frightened. My grandpa was standing behind me, and I felt it. I turned around and clapped eyes on him. I saw double, I kept tripping over my feet, then I faint.

When I recovered consciousness, my friend was close by me, he said that my grand father caught me up and laid me on the sofa, then I started to remember, that grandpa had said me something. He said that he went to see me, and that he loved me.

I have heard similar stories, but I couldn't imagine it can happen to me. Yes, I believe in close Connection between the souls of the died and their family. I Know that my grand parents look at me from the Heavens. They remain in my heart.

"Art". What Does It Mean?

The first and broadest sense of art is the one that has remained closest to the older Latin meaning, which roughly translates to "skill" or "craft".

So, we can see that there are many definitions and no one universally accepted definition of art.

Thus I'll try to give you my own definition. Art is something that stimulates an individual's thoughts, emotions, beliefs, or ideas through the senses.I know it by my own experience, art is inspired me with enthusiasm. Art can change your way of thinking, make your wise,may be, enlightened and educated. Also, art elevates our spiritual awareness. And , of course, a great deal of knowledge of art make us good company.

Purpose of art

Art has had a great number of different functions throughout its history, making its purpose difficult to abstract or quantify to any single concept. The different purposes of art may be grouped according to those that are motivated, those that are non-motivated, and art as social structure and values.

Motivated purposes.

Those purposes, which the creator purposely and consciously aims at himself, working on the masterpiece, means motivated. It could be a political purpose, art as form of communication, commercial purposes to sell the poduct, creation of concrete mood or emotion, for the purpose of relaxing or entertaining the viewer, psychological influence as art therapy, and so on.


Non-motivated purposes.

The non-motivated purposes of art are those that are integral to being human, transcend the individual, or do not fulfill a specific external purpose. Basic human instinct for harmony, balance, rhythm. In many cultures, art is used in rituals, performances and dances as a decoration or symbol. Art is a form of communication between the individual and the world as a whole. Art provide a means to express the imagination in non-grammatic ways that are not tied to the formality of spoken or written language.

Art as social structure and values.

Sometimes art is like attribute of upper classes, alien to another classes of population. Just rich and successful people indulge yourselves masterpieces or expensive collections.

Contemporary Art Trends

Contemporary art trends is an ever-evolving topic about art of the late 20th century and early 21st century. Artists’ works today are often hybrids of several styles including abstraction with figurative work; obscure references with blatant writings; symbolic narrative with bold splashes of color. Their media can include oil, acrylic, latex paint, charcoal, pastels, resin and newspaper clippings.

Let Me Introduce Myself

It's both pleasant and a bit difficult to speak about myself. It's pleasant because every person enjoys speaking about his or her interests, plans for future, likes and dislikes. Nevertheless I'll try. I am very energetic,friendly,reliable, communicative and joy. Sometimes I gentle, tolerant, patient, sometimes I capricious, rude, impatient. I am not an angel.

As for my interests, I adore music, it is an integral part of my life. I sing every day, it's help me to clean my inner world. I like to read, I devote much time to my English as U am eager to read books by my favourite English writers in the original.

In fact I prefer to associate with clever and polite people. I hate when somebody, whom I trust, turns out to be unreliable. I love and respect my parents very much and i want them to be proud of me.
